I was considering applying a reflective automotive tint film to the stock windscreen but I noticed today that the bottom half of the stock windscreen is dimpled. Can someone let me know if the Puig or Zero Gravity windscreens (either standard or double bubble) are smooth on the entire backside or dimpled like the OEM version. Also, does anyone know if the film would adhere properly to the windscreen material as opposed to glass?

If the window tint is not going to be a realistic option then I'll have to consider painting.

Thanks.

Thanks guys. I was hoping to avoid painting my windscreen as I wanted to something a little more subtle. I wanted to use a silver window tint to make it shiny but also translucent at the same time.

+1 for Tamiya paint. Get it at a hobby shop that sells R/C cars.
