why aren't scheduled maintanence covered by the

warrenty from the manufacture? if we HAVE TO HAVE the maintenance done by there dealers to keep there warrenty why isn't it covered?

cause they're a bunch of filthy scum liars... It's a catch 22... "You can buy the bike, but you don't HAVE to ride it... IF you ride it enough and require maintenance, we will ONLY honor the warranty if WE do the maintenance and KNOW FOR SURE it's done right." type of thing....

You just gotta find yourself a cool shop... I've done ALL the maintenance on my 250, and the shop informed me that if EVER I needed warranty work, they'd cover it for me... Really cool place, it's why I keep going back, eh?

But, my 1 year is expired, and I'm thinking with as many mods as planned, it would be silly for me to get the extended warranty.. Besides, if I grenade a piston, time for a big-bore kit... or something like that, eh?

so i should be like hey WTF kawi should cover this work as its said in terms of the warrenty service must be done by said shop?

so the scheduled services ARE NOT covered by warranty?
