The price will drop for a couple years. now it is 2500 to 3500 on Craig's list. I would guess they will bottom out at 2000 dollars maybe 1500. Just like the first gen did. I want to get a 250. The 300 seems great. But I like simple and light. If I wanted a bike like the 300. I would have kept my zzr600.

I did a lot of resetch before buying my first bike. I went for the 2006 zzr 600. 375 lb and 100 hp. It is clasified as a sport touring bike. But was the zx6r from 2002. Except for some suspension quality.
I did a slip on Yoshi can and Galfer rear sets. And I changed the very hard Dumlops for Metzeler tires.

The bike is awsome. I loved the bike. Riding it to work every day. Going for long rides after work. But I thought I would like the Honda VFR better so I traded it in for the Honda. Yes Honda is better. Cost twise as much. Guess what I traded the VFR for?
I sold it and bought the 2008 250 ninja I have now.

Wow, thanks for the info. I can't believe you trades the zz for a vfr then that for a n250r. You must hold the n250r in high regards. What was your main reason for the vfr to n250r switch?
