Hi! I'm new here but I've had my 08 250 for about 7 months and I'm wondering about all the possible ways to make it quicker. I have a Two Brothers carbon slip on and a stage 2 jet kit already. Would a full exhaust make it that much faster and is it possible just to buy the headers and not the FULL system considering I already have the slip on? And making the rear sprocket smaller would make it how much quicker at the cost of how much top end? I'm just looking for guesstimates here. thank you!

Lots of info on here, hit the search bar up the top. Also check out a few of RacerX's posts regarding his land speed racing.
A full exhaust wouldn't do any harm, as there is some restriction from the cat. Also getting more air in by removing the snorkal would be a good idea. I think most of the companies sell headers, or you could just cut the cat yourself.

when you pulled the carburators out to put the jet kit in (assuming you did it yourself that is ) there the black things that look like big garden hoses, they extend in toward the air filter. chop them! Right after the double ridge that holds them in cut it off. makes getting your carbs out easier too

Id go with a stock rear and up the front to 15tooth, stock is 14.
Will add a bit more top end and you'll keep the acceleration. I went with a 16 tooth but I don't have the power to utilize the gear ratio's
