Is this after you've worn the IRC's out? I've heard good things about the BT45's but it comes down to the types of riding and conditions. You want something that is good in the wet :p

There is a good site that rates and compares different rubber, cant remember what it is, my mate should be home soon he'll know.

Are you able to change them yourself or do you have to take them to a dealership? If you can, is it easy or hard?

With right tools and know how it's not that difficult. The most difficult part of removing old tire is breaking it from the bead.I normally put the tire in a wise and sqeese the tire partly loose.Lay the whole lot on the floor and walk along the tire to loosen the rest,ez.Use two tire iron to lift one side of the tire over the rim.The other side can be pushed loose without using any tools.
To put a new tire on is a bit more tricky. Will show you some pic of how to next week.
