Purchase the Valvoline 20W-50 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil, 4-Stroke for less at Walmart.com. Save money. Live better.
Filter may run 8 bucks

Think i pay around 25 bucks for full synthetic oil n maybe 6-8 bucks for a filter...
My bike only holds 2.5 quarts tho

Hate to say it bro but you should find a cycle gear in your area. Tell them you want a good discount and usually they will hook you up. I do use full syn on the zx10r and use a k&n filter if i dont have any stock oil filters. I can get the equivalent of 5 quarts and the k&n for less than 40.00 bucks. Now keep in mind i sell amsoil but i dont run amsoil in the summer. But i do in the winter and believe me its not much cheaper for dealer cost than retail but during the summer. I run yama lube in the summer. That stuff is the shizznit in a 20-50. It cost me 57 dollars to run yama lube. They have cycle gear store nation wide in the U.S. if you are over seas. Id shop the internet before paying 25.00 extra dollars each time. Hell thats two tanks of gas for the weekend seat time you can have. Well i am not sure what you get but hope this gives you a better idea of what full syn oil and filter should cost

Most of the time the stock plugs are the best anyway. Regardless of what the companies promote. Coil packs unlike distributors have been the game changed. For plugs. I know the last 6 bikes ive owned all had iridium plugs and they dont get better than that. Id stick with stocks plus they should be around 5 each. I think my last one were 7 each but regardless they were 3 more than i thought they would be. And i could have shopped them and paid 4 like i thought but had a few mis fires while out at barber and needed plugs right then and thats what they had. Hell my r6 had mitsubishi coils and denso plugs stock.
