It almost sucks that the majority of the information on this site is for the little 250. I say this because the CBR forum I joined just doesn't have the "warmth" that this one has. For example, when I posted my introduction thread here, I got replies. A lot more views, but a decent amount of replies. When I did my intro on the "other" forum, 137 views, not ONE SINGLE reply.

So basically, I'd like to say thank you all. It's a big reason why I still check the forum daily, even if I don't really have a lot to say, I'm still here. ;)

Hopefully this hurricane/tropical storm nonsense passes soon so I can get out and take some "glamour" shots of the CBR for you all. We've been dealing with some serious thunder storms, heavy rain, and lots of flooding in the area lately. I've only been able to ride the bike a couple times in the past two weeks.

I know this is a VERY old thread, however it expresses my feelings perfectly! As a new bike owner I have felt very welcome and the information shared just over the last few days had been invaluable! Many of you have gone out of your way to be helpful and assist with info and guidance.
@ Zandit - I really appreciate your willingness to help! Oops hopefully I didn't just increase the PM's in your in box. ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

I agree 100%! Belonged to a jeep forum and they were more into political bullish*t than anything and trolls. Here the moderators and volunteers make this an amazing place to come share knowledge and experiences to help new riders of the 250 and other bikes as well.

Ditto! We're glad to have you here.

Oh wait, I'm leaving this site for one of those studly, hardass Harley sites.
So this will be you in a couple of months?
