You've done a good job on the cutting there Jez, but I'm a little concerned with the angle of your plate. If you hit a sharp bump in the road, you may compress the suspension enough to hit the plate. If it was more angled out to the rear I would love it more!

So far no! My preload is at 6 right now because of the bike lowering I did so I think I'll be ok :)

I'll keep an eye on it though, thanks for pointing it out.

Also - you can't see from the photo's angle, but the plate isn't closer to the bike than when it was on the fender - its actually sticking out about 1" more than where it was when hanging on the fender, so I don't think there's going to be contact :)

Not enough angle for me... looks too much like a personalized mud flap.

Kudos for not spending the bucks on a Targa though... I am fairly disgusted with mine.
