Very very gently laid my bike down for the first time today at the gas station. I was trying to make a u turn at a low speed and didn't help that there was a small incline and then one thing led to another and I couldn't hold it up anymore. Luckily it didn't fall on its own. Like I said it was as if I gently laid it on its side because my hands were on the handle bars at the entire time. Frame sliders took the damage (which was hardly any). However as I was picking my bike up a dark liquid started pooling out. It stopped and didn't leave that big of a puddle. This was literally minutes after I filled up which is why I'm thinking maybe it was gas? Because it didn't have a rainbow reflection like oil does it kinda just soaked into the pavement. I tried to turn my bike on and It wouldn't start and the FI light kept coming on. I took the key out and let the bike sit for about 10 minutes and then it started up again. No more liquid appeared to be coming out. Just curious what caused this failure to start in case God forbid it happens again.
