Long weekend start of August on my way home from work a truck in front of me hit the gravel shoulder and I took a rock in the visor and decided to pass the truck while a cop had a radar gun set up... :-( they took my 400r and my licence for a week :-( went to a H.E.L.P. paralegal and my charges were withdrawn a 100% anyone need assistance with a traffic offense I highly recommend H.E.L.P. and was a lot cheaper then points was gong to charge me... Dodged a bullet on my insurance here

How was overtaking classed as stunting?
So, you decided to overtake after the the truck swerved and sprayed you with rocks?
What speed was the truck doing, and what speed did you overtake at?

We were doing around 85 km/hr when i was sprayed with the rocks and then i passed and cop said he had me on the radar gun he said doing 85 then jumped up to 132 km/hr and here in Ontario Canada anything over 50km/hr abover the speed limit is considered stunt driving and I had the bike pulled over before I even made it to the cops position. I didn't think I was goin that fast...

Another car was in front of me and passed the truck so he decided to hit the shoulder for no reason that i could see and we both passed him n the car in front of him the cop got both of us don't know how she made out in court...
