Does your bike have a steering dampener?

Might want to consider purchasing one if they have one that is compatible with your bike. I don't know of any other way to stiffen up the steering but I could be wrong. My first bike didn't have a dampener but my current bike came with on from the factory and it helps tremendously. You can adjust how sensitive you want the steering to be.

You could have flogged out bearings in the head which is making it too easy to turn.

They come in good hand. Especially at higher speeds. Most are adjustable too so you can set it to your preference.

if your stressing is too soft it is probably due to Incorrect settings in your suspension explain more of too soft
