Just wanting some advice on changing front and rear sprockets... It's seems like quite an involved process, and I've never taken the rear wheel off the bike before...
well taking the rear wheel off would be a good start...
If your 6 is anything like my 250, it's 6 12mm bolts and the rear sprocket is off. I think you're front sprocket has 2 8mm bolts holding a toothed ring and the front sprocket is off... To get my front sprocket off, I have to also remove the chain....
If you still have the factor chain on there, it means you're going to have to grind off a link..
Not on the 250, doubt it on the 6... only one way to find out, and besides, even if you need extra tools, what's the worst that can happen... You won't ride your bike for one more day....
