am living on Bintan island, just next to Singapore... this is where my ER-6F is too
from experience, getting Kawasaki spares & accessories in Spore is a challenge

i get mine either online, or from original Kawi dealers in Indonesia
have you tried sourcing from Malaysia/J.Baru?... Kawasaki is quite popular there

another option is to plan a trip to Bangkok... just a budget flight away
visit the Kawi main dealer, and the market that specializes in automotive stuff

so your best options really is to purchase online
my advice from experience, before you buy, check the forum members feedback first... they will give you practical info, such as problems they have encountered, installation tips, alternative brands, etc...
