Maybe not, but maybe it is if a body shop does it?
I know mine was broke in a few places.... epoxied it myself n did some work on it.
I didn't spend a lot of time cause I know i'm gunna probly break it again....
But it came out fair....
Most people think it's stock. Then I show them a few places i didn't spend the time on...n...then they see it....
Just little nicks i didn't bother filling completely with filler.

Not automotive paint.....
