good stuff
let me know how it goes

good luck!
Good job on the video. I've heard so many bad tales of damage and frustration with those bar ends. Great solution. Even got a plug in there for Canadian Tire, love it!
Good video, I would just add one thing... NEVER attack your bar-ends without covering your fuel tank and fairings to keep them from getting scratched. ( I know on the vid, the fairing was removed.)

why the fuel tank?
i guess accidents happen
I'm just not the preventative type
Wish I could view the video.

lol, want me to make a DVD and mail it to ya?
Fantastic! Job well done! I added some comments to the video, of things I thought would aid, that some people not think about, but I think you did a brilliant job!
lol nah. It's bc I'm at work. Stupid gov comps...
I found the video on youtube...

If I had a torch it would be easy...lol
So... I fought with this for a good part of the morning and have had zero luck. Bolts won't budge and the heads of the screws are starting to get torn up. I guess I'll let my dad have a go, and then I might have to take it in. Bummer.

you could try keeping the heat on it longer, like 2-4 minutes. I did that on the 1st bar end.
Then give it a few smacks with a rubber mallet, heat it again and then get your ratchet on there maybe put a pipe or bar on it to make it longer

That's what i had to do for my rear spools when i took them off
I'll try the tips in the video next time. With every bike that I've removed the bar ends, I've damaged / stripped the screws and needed to replace them .
Thanks for the feedback guys
I through in some notes on the video to make things a bit more clear
