Hello everyone! As you can already tell I'm from Oklahoma, and I ride a 2006 Kawasaki Nina 650r. I have had the bike for approximately a month and I absolutely love it. If anyone had questions about the 650r feel free to ask. I noticed there are a lot of 250 riders on this forum but I know there has to be 650 riders too! Ride safe everyone.

Welcome Treysum!
Yep, this site was primarily set up for the new generation 250R, but we have evolved over time, and a lot of our members have moved up to other bikes, while some are more than happy to stick with the pocket rocket!
The 650 population is definately growing, I think we have at least 10 members here on the bigger twin, might have to start up a new thread!
So you've only had the 650 for a month, how long have you been riding and what other bikes have you had?
BTW, we love seeing pics, so post some up of your ride and your area, we love seeing the bikes in their natural habitat!

Well the 650r is my first bike and I've been riding for around a month now. I love the 650r because I don't feel like I'm missing any power and there isn't too much power to make me scared to ride it. Might I add, this bike handles fantastically like its little cousin, the 250r. I've ridden a Hayabusa a few miles just to see what it was like and I absolutely hated it. Too much power and very poor handling. You can tell that the Busa was built for nothing but drag racing. The 650r is a great beginners bike and also a great bike for experienced riders as well.
