That second link is pretty decent.

One of my favorite bikes was the GPX 750 like they have pictured in the 1986 column. It was a '87 model Ninja 750 here. I still really like the red/white paint scheme, and may paint a 250 the same way eventually.

That's the biggest bike I've owned, and have been stepping down from there. I'm currently riding an '06 SV650n, but I'll be looking for a 250 Ninja project shortly.

I hate to admit it... but I remember when that first GPz900 came out. :facepalm: My neighbor had one.

i think it would be awesome to have a nice clear vintage ninja in the garage along with a new one, it would be my church bike haha.

Hehe. It's not that bad man, that's history you were able to see when it happened. We have a GPZ club here in FL, they keep those things so clean.

lol, difficult, not quite suicidal like the 2-strokes of just a few years prior (to the ninja 900)...

well then they need to come out with a throw back bike like triumph did with the bonniville, and release a more up to snuff one that looks the same
