New exhaust for 85 Kawasaki ninja 600r

I have a 85 Kawasaki ninja 600r and I am looking for a new exhaust that is louder than my stock exhaust, But not loud enough the cops will be after me, and fairly cheap. I don't know if this matters but i live in Utah. thanks
