Need to fix the horrabll noise my speedo cable is making on my ninja 250r.. N e ideals

Replace the cable or the speedometer?

The cable. You may want to try lubing it first. Disconnect it from the wheel, pull out the inner cable inspect it to make sure it's OK, then lube it. When you reinsert it, make sure you put it back in the same way you took it out, as each end of the cable is different.
