If you hate your neighbor .Or want to make a Harly guy say"Got damn that is loud" this is the exhaust for you. First use the front section from a Yoshi full system. Toss that silly can and mid pipe. And all you need one of these

No dyno needed. After running 101mph for like 7 runs.I got desperate . I new I was a touch rich .The only way I could lean out the mixture was to open the exhaust.I did not expect anything. Actualy I thought it would go slower. Imagine my shock and joy when it was faster . and not a little .The last run was 106mph. Compaired to a blown small block Chevy with open headers it is not loud .I could make a video but it just sounds loud and anoying.

I have a simple set up. K&N pods and a Yoshimura full system.
I set it up the jetting in May. Like 70 or 80 deg. When I ran the bike it went 104.7mph .So I left it alone.
The temp at Maxton this weekend was well over 100 deg.
The bike was stuck on 101 mph . No body tuck was helping. I pryed the brakes back away from the rotors .I filled the tires to 60 psi Still 101 on Sunday.
I just figured I would pull the muffler and go home.
First run with out the muffler was 103mph then 105 them 106.
I still feel like it could go faster. The wind was wrong and I could tuck better.
I went to the auto parts store and bought a muffler tip for 10 bucks and a can of engine paint.
I welded a tab to the side to bolt to the stock mount and pop rivited two pieces of bicycle chain on to hook the springs.
I wanted to divert the exhaust away from the fairing and the rear tire . Just incase the engine pukes oil.

Well not exactly. I jetted the bike in May about 80 deg f
In June it was 110 deg f . I needed to lean out the mixture. That was the quickest way. With a dyno and a little fine tuning you could probubly get the same power and not loose torque. I dont know how much torque I lost by removing the muffler because I did not ride it below 8000 rpm.

I will try but I am having problems. It is very loud and not for the street. If you just pull the rear muffler off and start it you will see . Even with the stock front section it is loud.

shit, they're pulling us over here in Daytona for loud bikes now. Thats not good for tourism, North Carolina is just North....LOL

No but seriously if you go over (i'm not sure) 30db you're going to be pulled over, fined, and your bike towed away. I cant believe that, and during bike week!

Well Biketoberfest is coming up in a few months, I wanna try my luck and try this mod lol.
