Is anyone into camping with their Motorcycle? I was wondering what your setup look like. I just put on Saddle Bags on my 13 Ninja 650 and probably will get a tail bag soon. Pictures will follow.

I haven't been camping but sure do like the saddles on my 650.....
I have a waterproof river duffle i use across them....good enough...
Saddles aren't waterproof....so those things go in the duffle....
But plastic bags in the saddles do seem to work....
I do travel alot n stay overnight places n can bring enough....
Just to ol n broken now to camp out unless it's a mobile camper with power n a bed......:thumb:
I also use a CPAP, so need power...

I am going to get a duffle bag next. Then a tent. By the spring I should be ready.

Think about getting a Ventura Luggage System, not cheap but worth it. If you do, make a big foam pad for the back seat to take the weight of the front bag and let the rack pointing backwards support the lightweight stuff.

I use this on my zx12, and it works a treat, I also have a baglux / bagster tank bag system. I have more room than I know what to do with.
