This is my first year going. I thought I saw something about buying some track time.
Here is the email I got when I purchased my tickets for the weekend.
Do you own a sportbike? If you’ve always dreamed of riding it on Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course like your favorite pro rider, sign up for one of The Mid-Ohio School’s upcoming Performance Tracking Riding programs. This course is open to all skill level riders …. Novice, Intermediate and Advanced. Bring your sportbike and extend your stay around the Honda Super Cycle Weekend presented by Dunlop Tire (July 17-19) and/or AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days (July 24-26).
The Mid-Ohio School offers the following upcoming dates around the two big motorcycling weekends:
Wednesday, July 15 KTM Race_Orange Track Day – SOLD OUT!!
Thursday, July 16* Max-Time / Intermediate and Advanced riders running in combined sessions throughout the day; includes special Expert group for select AMA Pro racers
Monday, July 20 Standard (All three skill levels) – follows AMA Superbike weekend at Mid-Ohio / Two-day discount available
Tuesday, July 21 Standard (All three skill levels) – follows AMA Superbike weekend at Mid-Ohio / Two-day discount available
Wednesday, July 22* LED (Limited Endurance Day) / Intermediate and Advance riders running in separate sessions throughout the day; the most track riding time of the season in one day!!
*-These events are for Intermediate and Advanced skill level riders only.
Other additional Performance Track Riding dates are also scheduled in August and September.
