I took my 2013 kawasaki ninja 636 in for service also to fix a few items under warranty. Leaky brake fluid was one and kawasaki blamed me for tampering with the master sylonoid and refuses to replace sticker. After talking they agreed to replace sticker but not cover labor. I just spent 13grand on this bike and you can't do anything but blame and not make a customer happy. I am going to bad mouth them all over. Pissed!!!
