There isn't a law against integrated but if they're smoked out that could be a problem in some areas for you, nothing against have aftermarket lights.

I'm not 100%, but there are some regulations regarding how close the indicators are to each other.
You will need to check you state laws as there may be a minimum distance required which means you may have to keep your standard indicators. Each state has different regulations.
I fitted an integrated taillight to my 250R, however was lucky enough to never get pulled over for it.

Go to your local dealer or mechanics and they'll know, I'm in UK and didn't know of any laws so I bought one and the mechanic told me if he put it in my bike would be illegal as we require certain amount of space and I would fail the yearly vehicle checks :/
