For some reason when it's hot out (95+) and I'm riding in traffic my bike likes to heat up to 230s but immediately goes down as I ride. The fan is running around 215 but I'm guessing it's just too freaking hot to be riding in rush hour traffic. I've flushed my coolant plenty of times. I use distilled water with water wetter mixture. I think I'm going to switch to engine ice. I hear good things about it.

Never seen much difference in performance between the Water Wetter and Engine Ice. Does it ever get hot enough to shutdown? Have you checked your thermostat to make sure it's opening all the way? Bled (burped) you cooling system to make sure there is no air trapped in it?
