I think I recall seeing something like $23,000, but I'm not positive. I'll see if I can find it again.

EDIT: It's actually 23,600 Euros or about $34,000.

Az already has a similar law, aimed at allowing quads and such to run on county roads. Instead we got 10,000 Yamaha Rhinos running around on city streets. They're loud, obnoxious, and don't stop fer crap, with their off-road tires. I hope Washington considers that.
