Although I have not yet done them on a bike, I have just switched them in my car. I switched from the PIAA ultra brights to HID (5000K) and wow do they make a difference. Would definitely recommend it. As soon as I by my new bike I will definitely be making the switch.Icecat said:

I'm sure if I scrounge through the forum I will find my answer, but I'm going to ask anyways...
I want to add HID's to my '11 Ninja 400, not replace the headlights but add more light. Anyone install them lately? The dealer I've been going to has suggested the PIAA's...
Would appreciate feedback from 650 riders or others who have installed them.
