Hey there everyone I've been lurking here for a few weeks and finally decided to properly introduce myself. I've been part of another two wheel following for 2 years now and decided to change my pace so I went from this.

To this....Just got it today and I've been riding the crap out of it. It's a 2012 Ninja 650.

While I'll miss my little honda ruckus I do love this bike. Anyways just wanted to stop by and say hi.

Yea its a big change from the ruckus now I can actually go on 55mph roads. I love this thing.

Yea I've gotten a lot of intrest and compliments on it at work. Most common comment is, " Dude you're 6"5 its about time you got rid of that scooter." Sadly I'm stuck at work all weekend when I'd rather be out riding.

Hey Gadfly and welcome to NN. I used to rock a Rukus, they're awesome if you're not in a hurry. I just got home from 6 days of riding in Tenn, NC, Virginia. You live in a great state for motorcycles. Enjoy!

Yes I do. Which is why I felt it was time for an upgrade, I live right on the border of Tennessee and Kentucky so I have a choice of hills and curves or flats and curves. It really is a great place to ride.

Yea I originally went to the dealer shopping for a CBR 600 and just fell in love with the 2012 ninja. It's a fantastic bike, super comfortable ride my back hasn't hurt once I am 100% satisfied with the ninja and will be a ninja owner for life.

I thought the same thing when I first came here. I was having second thoughts about buying it until I put 65 miles on it today. Now I have no regrets.
