I want to do this to mine, I live in ny an it gets cold around oct. an would like to ride a little longer till the snow comes. Has any one used one of these vests??? any info would be great.

I've used one of those vest! I'd say not worth the money unless you're willing to spend EXTRA money on a controller for it, to be able to dial down the power, otherwise it's like switch on - too hot, switch off, too cold, you need some variability in there....
