Can anyone tell me how to talk out the head light. I can get the electrical cap off but the bulb is holdin me up. I looked all through the manual and tryed to find it online. still no answer

Looks like a straight plug in. Should just pull out. Here is a diagram of the assembly.

Yea, I was gonna say that page too. Also, maybe check out ninja250.org. Its mainly older 250r's but its a pretty good site.

typically to remove a headlight from a bike there one must pull the electrical plug, 2 remove the black rubber, 3 unsnap a small wire that holds the light into the light asembly. I am assuming that you want to put in a HID bulb. Remove the right panel from bike and have a look see with a flashlight.
