My bike is ZX-10R 2011. The problem is there is significant vibration/shaking at handle bar (up-down vibration) during hard braking or gear shifting down. What is the problem? Do I need to repair it now, or I can still wait?

It could be normal harmonics. But If you are hitting the front breaks pretty heavy you might want to adjust your suspension or look into steering dampers.

Oh and check your tire pressure. If it is too soft the tire could be mushing down when the weight is shifted forward onto it and it causes it to vibrate. Seeing as how it is a new bike I am guessing it is not your pads or rotters. Rubber break lines swell up during hard breaking and can pulse your breaks. Braided lines don't, so a lot of stunt riders well change to braided lines because they are more demanding. Rubber lines are more forgiving when it comes to hard breaking where as a braided line stops when you tell it to stop. Sorry for rambling on but the concept is hard to explain via written communication lol.

I agree on the tire pressures.

Also check the alignment of the rear wheel.

Does the front dive significantly when you brake hard? Are you a large person (200# +)? You may need different fork oil or different fork springs. Are all of the suspension setting stock? Are the fork tubes sticking up above the triple clamp?
