It would depend on the color you use, to my knowledge in Ohio the only stipulations they have are.

1.) No flashing/dancing lights
2.) No forward facing red lights

They look rad, but that probably about it. I dont see how they would work at night. I wanna see a bike with some on and a review. other than that, they are sweet.

This is defiantly for visual effect only... My guess is that the headlights come apart with a bit of heat (baking in the oven at 150* for ~15min)
