Niiiiicee met! Damn sexy if I may say so myself (no ****

)
Your gear looks awesome, how is the summertime weather riding in leather though?
The HJC is a CL-SP matte black- I got it for ninety bucks. I liked the fit, the air sound resistance and most importantly the side and middle scoop that can open/close to really help drawing out the heat and allowing air flow without contributing to noise. I think it is a great buy, and you can't really tell from the photo but I outfitted it with full Scorpion EXO reflective decals on the back (so when I turn my head you see bright white arrows in the direction I am heading) and in the front and sides. I really like it for the price, even though the arai I had tried on at one point offered superior comfort.. but I have worn this one for an hr+ ride and no pressure points have occoured at all!
So wait, you work in a cycle shop? That is awesome man. Which one? And yeah, I got a pretty good price I feel- the alpine ballistic jersey was 180 including shipping and the matching alpine mesh gloves were 30 with shipping.. I got to try them on at cyclegears previous to buying offline (they were 240$/40$ at cyclegears outlet) so I knew they fit like a glove.
Large in the vest and xl in the gloves. The vest is completely awesome, complete CE armor covering all impact spots including a really nice spine protector that runs low and is also CE. Besides that, it can be adjusted for tightness EVERYWHERE, which is what sold me on it. The chest pannels, forearms, wrists and double-waist velcros all have very good tightening straps or velcro to make it really feel custom to your body. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone thinking about going the ballistic armor route for the summer- throw a good jersey on under/over it and make for something easy to put on and off, lightweight, supreme brethability and nice looks! Only downside- only one pocket for a cellphone/cash/wallet, which is due to its skin-tight fit.. I am not complaining, I will be picking out a good motorycle touring backpack to be getting so I can lug around work clothes/books/whatever else I feel a need for!
Keep the hot-weather gear coming, people!
