go pros are awesome and you can't really go wrong with any of them ,the newest one Is quite cool as you can link it to your phone via Bluetooth and wi fi

. I have a contour HD. And I love it. Problem though is it's HD and requires a computer that can keep up. Common with any video recorder. However I don't like the software with the contour but the video is great. It's light and very easy to use. This being said. The go pro is awesome to. My friends have them and they work really good. So many options for the damn things that I'd suggest it. You can get mounts to skydive with to actually dive with. But if you want to see the video of a contour. Check out byte2022 on you tube and you can see a few videos of 780p and one of two are in 1080p
