First Ninja for Old Guy

Howdy All from San Antonio, Texas. I'm a long time bike rider and restorer, but I've never had a Ninja. After I retired, I started buying and restoring older bikes, mostly Honda's, Kawasaki's and Suzuki's from the 70's and early 80's that I used to ride in my younger days. I found this project bike for sale and thought it would be alot of fun to restore it and ride it around, even at my age. Has anybody ever restored on of these? Are parts readily available? Are they fairly easy to work on? Should be fun.

Nice, what year? I'm the mid 80's?

I'm not sure how easy it is to get parts, EBay n amazon might be a start.
There is a member on here Blueghost , he is well versed in all that is ninja!
Good luck, like you said should be fun. I'm thinking of picking up a used ninja to turn into a street fighter, they look really awesome.
