Unfortunately the reflector in the lights on the 250 Ninja are fixed in two positions. 1 low, 1 high. Others have had the same question. There is nothing wrong with having the high beams on during the day. In fact it is recommended that you do to make yourself more visible. Just make sure you turn them off at night as not to blind oncoming vehicles. Another thing you may want to consider doing is changing out the stock bulbs for ones that are brighter.
