Came across this video on my youtube front page... i recommend you guys watch it. It's the first video that i've seen (made by the rider) of a crash that properly documents the emotional and physical effects of a motorcycle wreck.

I think it's important to watch stuff like this to prepare yourself for what may happen in the future, and to perhaps help people decide whether a motorcycle is really right for them.

Dumb mistake. Dumber outcome. Ride at a speed you can control. This may mean less than the posted limit. With snow around you shouldn't even be out there. Black ice is a killer even in a car.

The winter frost heave affect.....:facepalm:
U also need to watch 4 black ice that time of year....:facepalm:
Why i put the bike up when temps hit below 35
Also why i constantly report road hazards to my local, and Non local DOT when out riding...
Each state has a DOT here in the USA....
Find urs n report road hazards.....:thumb:

Why are you riding a bike in snow? That was the mistake, as said by many people in earlier post, black ice will kill u.

I've ridden in snow be4.....
It was spring n it started snowing out while i was out.....
Was a scarry feeling 4 sure.....
