Decals to be removed. They are very easily removed. Once you get the edge up it pulls right off, only once was there and glue left on & I used goo gone to remove that, cleaned that off with water & then used a polish to clean it up.

I got the Yoshimura fender eliminator...

The seat cowl u can get for under a 100 bucks... i think its worth it for the price...
