Use this thing before or heard it being used? is it really 3x as loud as a normal car horn?

I have seen them in Harbor freight and my brother sells them I was wondering if anyone has used it, we want to put them on our bikes for next riding season...

idk about the airhorn but i got one of these at kragen/orileys for less than $20, its a wolo brand and its louder and deeper than my trucks horn...
