Yeah, a nice looking bike! The Kawi dealer where I got the 650R from is an Aprilia dealer as well, along with MV Augusta, so there is no small amount of sexiness in that dealership!!

Here's a couple stills of it -





Looks great. Good quality suspension and a neat looking aluminum frame.

125cc 4-stroke single just isn't quite enough though IMO, 250 single would be better, but a 250 multi would be best.

I'm sure they are working on a 250 single to tie into the Moto3 thing, but I bet a multi is out of the question. Too bad.

I have been beating on them to do a 250 fourstroke. Any thing will do but a v twin with power and torque would be so cool.

the two stroke is dead. Pumping pressure and limited RPM range are what did it in. New Fore stroke technology like valve springs and electronics .Will make a 250cc turbo more powerful and fuel efficient than ever before. 20000 rpm four stroke engines made just as much power as the two strokes even back in the 70s .But they cost more to build.

After riding modified two stroke 70cc scooters and stock 125 four stroke scooters I go with the 125 all day long. When I flew RC airplanes, I was all about the two strokes.But I got four strokes because they where cool. With little tiny valves and all. It did not take long to realize the four stroke was better in the air .The slower turning prop was larger and that torque was what kept the speed up . Or gave you power when you need it.

I love the two stroke but I go to move on and live with oil changes and valve adjustments .

Yeah it would and at that point you'd come full-circle. These small Aprilia's HAD 2-stroke engines !

HONDA releases it's new NSF250R And to do what ?? Race and replace this years bike in the 125 Class. Road racing follows motocross's trend.

EVIL forces are a foot to destroy the last remaining road racing classes.

SEE Honda is doing it ..All we need is Yamaha Kawasaki to jump in cam shafts first and we could see bikes that are fuel efficient fun and fast.

Pound for pound even battery powered bikes will be beating two stroke times soon.:popcorn:

I hear and understand, but that suspension and brakes are fantastic, and a 250 2-stroke dirt bike engine is dirt cheap..... Just thinking for the best/fastest/cheapest way to get a stupid light, plenty powerful bike... :whistling:

I'm looking for what doesn't exist... I know.
