Coulda been the car but I didn't see the other bikes closing in all that fast, the black one did look like it was moving into the other lane though. Also, you can see in one of the frames his hand and body inside the car, that's hilarious!

Good observation Quincy

A stoppie is the application of the front brake only when stopping. The application is so abrupt during initial application that the rear of the bike is lifted. Gradual and constant application keeps the rear tire airborne until such time the rider deems it so. The trick is to have the bike and rider weight so centered that neither is canted toward a side thereby causing a tipover/drop condition.

That guy that crashed in that video was clipped on the rear tire on trackday. Was no hard feelings on his part, it happens when you race....
