Hello again, I am looking for an affordable all purpose weather jacket. So far I've gotten away with just a jacket but sooner or later a jacket is a must, but I spent all my money on the bike, lol. Any ideas?

I'm looking for basically something good in the wind and rain, and good for both hot weather and winter. If it has some light padding that be good but definitely not a fricken juggernaut suit.
