Just wondering what do U think the price on a 2009 model should cost + TTL.

Razor, I can't really say what you would be expecting to pay in your area, but check out kawiforums, there has been plenty of topics started on the subject, and if you can't get an answer there try Riderforums, and maybe even brp650forums as well. the last one is dedicated solely to the 650, where as the other two have sections have their own sections for the naked and faired 650's

BTW, mine cost $12,100.00AUD, so I can't give you too much advice!!!

Ouch! 12 grand? Please tell me that's the taxes in total out the door price? Our bikes are well overpriced here compared to our American cousins, despite our recently at par dollars, but the 2010 650 here listed for $8699 (about $10,500 OTD at full MSRP price)

A new 2009 should be well discounted, especially since the 2011 models are now becoming available. My new 09 Versys was discounted by about $2,400.

Yeah Boar, thet was OTD, but I also traded in the CBR125R on it to, so I paid less than that. For a comparison, the 250R is around the $8-9k mark, so go figure!!

for 2009 model best way is craigslist i seen under 4k if u really do a search and get lucky. 650 here are not that popular
