OK, so I've been discussing this with the folks over at Ninja250forum.org, since the majority of who came last year was from there, and I felt they should have first say-so.... For this year, they're thinking about doing it on the East Coast again... I just posted this there... Ghost, between you and I, lets keep this discussion up-to-date between the 2 sites. Hopefully the other guys will cross-post on ninjette and such....

K, lots of chatter, nobody wants to take the lead on a decision...

First week of August sound right to everybody?

Asheville, NC?

Prizes:
- Furthest traveled to the Rally BY 250 (no trailering)
- Craziest riding outfit worn the ENTIRE trip (photos as evidence)
- Most knowledgeable of Pre/Post gen 250's (2 prizes - if I come up with the trivia, I can't compete, obviously)
- Coolest single mod to 250
- Best rider (my popular vote)

I'll get working on a patch for the rally, or would stickers be better?

So if I came to this would I be egged for riding a different bike?
I imagine it will be an invite just like last year. It will be a gathering of dedicated owner/riders of the Kawasaki Ninja 250. Even though the Ninja 250 will be the center of attention, all riders of every kind of motorcycle and skill level are invited to attend.

Hey Spooph, it looks like the 1st weekend in August (thu-sun) is getting the nod on ninja250forum .

2012 Ninja 250 meet planning

jfauerba said he wouldn't mind being guide dog for the event.

Got a couple of maps of the lodging and meet up area that includes hotels and campgrounds.

I'm not sure yet Shady, I'll see how the Kingston trip goes, and see how the old rear end feels with the new setup. Maybe, at the very least we could do a cup of coffee, and maybe some ice cream? :p Why don't you join us? If you join us, I'd be happy to stop by and ride out there with ya... ;)
