Hi Wolf5ca, I moved this thread to the right section, since the section you was in is strictly for tutorials on specific jobs being done on the 250R.
Firstly, Welcome to the site. Take the time to introduce yourself in the new member section and post up some pics of your beast!
In answer to your question, have you checked the battery? Perhaps it is a little low, and in need of a top up. For anyone who winterises their bike, I strongly recommend a battery tender.
Others should chime in soon, but thats the first thing that comes to mind.
