0-80 mph, 0-100 kph

About 4 seconds i think? Going off what i read somewheres anyway.

I would think at least 7 secs 0-80mph. Most 600cc bikes do 0-100mph in mid 6s-7s.

Oh gosh, more like 8 seconnds. Stock the 250 does 0-60 in 7.25 seconds.

cycle world clocked the new ninja 250r from 0-60 mph in 7.4 seconds and since 100 km is 62 miles, that's about what it would be from 0-100 kph. they also clocked it from 0-90 mph in 24.8 seconds mostly due to it approaching its top speed at that point so i would approximate 80 to come by in 14 seconds or so

What is the top speed of the new ninja 250R? I've heard various things actually ranging from 107 to 120mph. What does Kawasaki claim?

Darhorse was racing his for the top speed record for the 250 class, and it topped out at like 101 before he modded it. Check out his thread titled "my racer" or somethign like that

i checked out a few sources and found a solid 5.75 0-60mph time.... and a qtr mile time of like 14.6 i think. and as for top speed goes i think its btw 105 and 110mph

ive read that the last gen ninja 250 ran a 5.75 0-60 and a 14.6 in the 1/4 mile
but ive also read the same performance numbers about the new ninja.. hmm..

5.75 and the new one runs at 7? wtf. anyone know how fast this ninja actually is?

Well last time i checked it goes about 0-110.
It can be slow to some and quite fast to others.

it must be slower than i thought, i talked to a guy who tried did several runs at a 1/4 mile track with consistant low 16's.. not very good

Well can he shift for a start? A good launcher? Track conditions? Tire pressures? Tire type? Bike condition? Fuel type? Rider Size? Riding position? Rider experience?

My ute runs standard 14 something according to the book, first time I ran it stock, 13.8...

Alot more to it than just rocking up and running great times out of the bag.

im assuming he can ride.. he races his gsxr 1000 on a drag strip.. and he said he lauched at 10,000 rpms, he also said he was shifting perfect and talked with a few busa guys to try different techniques.. but couldnt break outta 16's
conditions and track were standard, no extreme DA, or high temp..
