Home Made PAIR Block-Offs And Explanation

Here's a quick video I made explaining PAIR valves, what they do, why you might remove them, and showing the process of making block off plates at home for cheap or free. It's not super detailed on the process of making them, it's really quite a generic and simple task, but if you have any questions about anything I'll do my best to answer!
