Needing to upgrade

I'm thinking of getting a 02 ninja 1100 but I know very little about a bike this size. I have had my 250 for a few years and it just not strong enough. And I can get the 1100 cheaper than I can find any 600 or 650 any opinions about it.

go for it. Upgrades are great as long as you take the time to re-learn on the new bike. How much are you paying for the 1100. And where do u live? The 1100 is a good bike and get raced a lot but they are a Cadillac as far as comfort I think

twisted throttles brings me smiles

2000 isn't bad but it needs to be in good condition. Be sure to check how it idles and check for smoke out the exhaust on rev but especially on idle. Check brakes tires chain and sprockets well Don't wanna spend 2000 when u have to spend another grand to get it right.
