Running Red Lights!!......Legally

This may be old news, but i ran across some interesting info in the state of North Carolina. You can run lights on a motorcycle....albeit a few small caveats. Also it seems a few more states allow the same or similar thing. Check the link for the story.

and if you live in NC you can read the Senate Bill.

Re: Running Red Lights!!......Legally

Been there, haven't done that yet. There's a police station right across the street from where I work. I usually go to a different stop light, go to a road without a signal, or turn right and take 2 lefts. I know as soon as I go green on red, I'll get pulled by a cop, they're everywhere. I don't need the hassle, even if I am in the right.

Re: Running Red Lights!!......Legally

I've been pulled over by cops for running a red light at night here & they just gave me a 'warning'. Even here in OZ where it's still 100% illegal, some cops are understanding of the fact that the sensors just don't detect us.
