Yikes ! I remember skinning my arms on a BmX i can only imagine at 60+mph . I always ride with full gear , everybody should, especially if you ride fast . Especially women , because they actually have nice skin.

LOL, especially women...that's just funny. So men shouldn't care as much about their skin b/c they're not as sexy as us women?  Wink  Teasing, I thought your comment was hilarious.  And I'm a huge supporter of all the gear, all the time.  I cringe everytime I see people riding in sneakers, shorts, and a t-shirt.  It makes me wonder...do they not care?  Or do they simply not realize how bad you can get hurt?

Ok, So we rode about 400 miles this weekend. It was beautiful and sunny. All my riding buddies are totally sunburnt. They wear no gear. I have to wear my gear or i feel like if I don't, I will definately crash. And I am not a fan of losing my skin.

However, I did leave the zippers on the bottom of my sleeves open. So I have a wonderful 2 inch stripe of a sunburn.

But yeah, i am a fan of all gear, all the time. It gets hot at times, but I'm not ok with the alternative.

 Cool
